BlueLagoon is our internal buy-price cheat sheet for Ceylon sapphires. It turns the Gemports Q2 2026 ceiling bands into quick USD, LKR, and CZK numbers so everyone on the team negotiates from the same baseline — on the bench, over WhatsApp, or before a wire.
All four tiles are percentages of the adjusted Gemports ceiling for that stone:
Commercial pad tiers (medium, light, pale) use dedicated pad FOB marks — not blue-sapphire row percentages. Even pale padparadscha should price above yellow and lilac light. Fine vivid/deep pads still use the premium Gemports model.
Use the app to sanity-check a quote before you commit. Agree on family, grade, treatment, and carat first, then layer quality adjustments for the actual stone in hand. Numbers are negotiation anchors — not a substitute for inspecting the stone or your export paperwork.
